Preventing damages during transportation!

Opportunity:  A major poultry company uses an automatic packaging machine to pack products in waxed boxes.  2,1% of packages were damaged during shipment and refused by wholesalers. Customers also complained that unloading and moving the skids was both difficult and dangerous.
